Do Residents Think Medical School Debt Was Worth It?

While being a physician can be a rewarding career for most, medical school debt can create a long-lasting burden. In Medscape’s Resident Salary and Debt Report 2022,  26% of residents said they carried over $300,000 of med school debt whereas 22% said they had no medical school debt.
