We’d all be drinking apple cider vinegar for these benefits if it didn’t have such a sour taste. Luckily, TikTok users have been sharing their apple cider vinegar drink recipes. One user, @livingfeliz, revealed her apple cider vinegar drink recipes for morning and evening. Here’s how to make them.

There haven’t been enough studies on apple cider vinegar to really prove its effectiveness, but some studies have shown that apple cider vinegar is antioxidant and antibacterial.
Other studies have found apple cider vinegar aids weight loss, regulates blood lipids and blood glucose, prevents bone loss and may play a role in reducing your risk of cancer.
While this is all yet to be confirmed officially, there’s no harm in trying to incorporate this drink into your diet.

Dr Deborah Lee told Express.co.uk that you should always choose the best quality of apple cider vinegar.
She said: “Organic products are free from preservatives and pesticides.
“Go for an unfiltered vinegar because the pulp residue has not been filtered out.
“This residue is probiotic and has additional health benefits.”
When choosing a bottle of apple cider vinegar, make sure it is cloudy rather than clear – this means it has the pulp residue in it.
This pulp is also known as ‘The Mother’ and it contains proteins, enzymes, and friendly bacteria.
You should also never drink apple cider vinegar straight.
Dr Lee said: “Never drink vinegar neat – always dilute it. The recommendation is 15 ml to around one tablespoonful mixed into a large glass of water, twice a day.
“ACV is a powerful acid and can be corrosive for your oesophagus (throat). It can also damage tooth enamel.”

Apple cider vinegar drink recipe
TikTok user @livingfeliz has given a step by step guide on how to make apple cider vinegar taste better.
She drinks it twice a day, using a total of two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar a day.
If you follow these recipes, you’ll be sticking to Dr Lee’s recommendations too.
The two videos have amassed a whopping 500,000 views, with comments from other social media users confirming that this is the best way to take your apple cider vinegar.
Every morning the social media blogger, who follows a low carb or keto diet, drinks apple cider vinegar with green tea. She explained: “You can use any tea, but I usually use green tea.”
In the video, @livingfeliz makes a regular cup of green tea, but only fills the mug up halfway with hot water.
She then adds one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and stirs it in, once the cup of tea is cold.
You could also have the drink hot or add other ingredients such as honey or lemon to improve the taste.
The TikToker drinks a slightly different recipe at night. She said: “This is how I drink apple cider vinegar every night before bed.
“You want to add one teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Then add hot water and let it sit out until it completely cools down.
“Add one tablespoon of lemon juice and one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Mix in and then drink up.”
If you still don’t enjoy the taste of apple cider vinegar or don’t have the time to make these recipes, you can still incorporate apple cider vinegar into your diet.
Another way to get your fix is by taking apple cider vinegar supplements or gummies.
Dr Lee said: “There seems to be no difference in the bioavailability between the capsules or the liquid.”
